Lets be clear - off season is off season - you can do what you want! However some of you requested a training structure - below is some ideas - but feel free to do your own thing.
I would suggest that it is ok to keep up some running etc - but do not be afraid to try new things - in the current circumstances it may be difficult but definitely trying new sports if possible - tennis/golf might be an option. You can stay fit for sure but it is a chance to try new things - a solid yoga or pilates course would be excellent use of time also.
